At Lita XO Beauty, we take pride in providing high quality beauty products and maintaining strict hygiene standards. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items.
Returns & Exchanges
For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened, used, or unused products, including but not limited to:
- False eyelashes
- Lash applicators
- Lash scissors
- Beauty accessories
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled after it has been processed for shipment.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Lita XO Beauty is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
