Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be longer during:
- New product launches
- Restocks
- Sales events
- Holidays
- High order volume periods

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Lita XO Beauty is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Lita XO Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
